Our philosophy
Depuis 1986
The vineyard is cultivated using sustainable methods, with ploughing having replaced weedkillers many years ago. The use of organic products is recommended, except when the weather conditions of the vintage deteriorate.
The wines are mainly aged in barrels in the estate's old vaulted cellars in Saint-Aubin.
The estate produces around twenty different wines, totalling approximately 65,000 bottles per year.
Since the 1990s, Françoise, Denis and now Jean-Baptiste have always been committed to producing high-quality wines that are accessible to consumers. The estate is regularly featured in the specialist press (Revue du Vin de France, Decanter, Guide Hachette, Bettane et Desseauve, etc.).
‘Wine lovers enjoy sharing with the producer,’ which is why, even though a large part of our production is exported, we continue to welcome customers to our estate in Santenay.
