  • Tasting notes: The nose develops lovely aromas of ripe fruit, the attack is quite opulent and the finish is livelier. This is a delicious wine that is easy to drink young with a cold starter or grilled fish. Ageing potential: 5-7 years.
  • Production: approximately 2,000 bottles per year.

Viticulture

  • Cultivation method: sustainable, without herbicides or insecticides

Vinification

  • Vinification: The grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press, the juice is then lightly clarified and placed in barrels where alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place naturally.
  • Ageing: 100% in oak barrels, 15-20% of new, for 11 months; then blended in stainless steel vats and bottled after 15 months.
