  • Tasting notes: The complex nose develops aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. The palate is rich with notes of fresh fruit and almonds. The natural minerality of the terroir gives the wine great length.

  • Area: 0.25 hectares
  • Location: The highest premier cru on the Puligny-Montrachet hillside, this is a cool terroir that gives the wine a beautiful minerality.

Viticulture

  • Cultivation method: sustainable, without herbicides or insecticides.
  • Harvesting: manual

Vinification

  • Vinification: The grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press, and the lightly settled juice is then placed in barrels where alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place naturally.
  • Ageing: 100% in oak barrels, 20% of new, for 11 months, then blended in stainless steel vats and bottled after 15 months.
