Dégustation

  • Tasting notes: This is a powerful wine with a delicately woody nose marked by aromas of ripe fruit. The palate is full-bodied and round, making this a delicious wine even in its youth. Produced from young vines, this wine will gain complexity with age. It pairs well with fish in sauce. Ageing potential: 6-8 years

Viticulture

Vinification

  • Vinification: The grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press, the juice is then lightly clarified and placed in barrels where alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place naturally.
  • Ageing: 100% in oak barrels, 20% of new, for 11 months; then blended in stainless steel vats and bottled after 15 months.
